Dozens of businesses to participate in Wright Tech Career Fair

Wright Tech students will connect with local employers and explore post-secondary training on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

 

The Career Fair event will feature 30 employers, representing a variety of trades and careers, across Fairfield County. During scheduled times between 12-2pm, students from all grades will have an opportunity to interview, network, and connect. For the event, Wright Tech partnered up with workforcect.org along with our trade PAC members. 

 

“The career fair at Wright Tech is a crucial bridge between classroom learning and real-world success, ” said Principal Jayme Beckham, Ed.D. “By bringing together students, employers, and industry professionals, these events give Wright Tech students the chance to showcase their technical skills, explore career pathways, and make valuable connections. Whether it’s landing an internship, discovering a new passion, or stepping into a first job, career fairs empower students to take confident steps toward a rewarding future.”

 

Karina Malek, Department Head for Tourism, Hospitality, and Guest Services Management, coordinated the event which will include a special luncheon for all invited participants at the school’s restaurant The Bridge Street Cafe.
